Iris doesn't want to give up, so she replies:

[[You should contact Ms. Ma who is responsible to mail the transcript directly.]] Not long after that, Ms. Amy replies: I'll do this tomorrow morning. Iris's problem is resolved.Ms. Amy seems to be angried:
[[What are you doing! It's three o-clock in the morning of Beijing time.]] Ms. Ma doesn't reply Iris's WeChat, so Iris has to wait after the fall break to get this done.
