Poster session Saturday Sept 29 in the Terrace Room
Authors or organizations wishing to display posters or exhibits should contact Dione Mercer (dgmercer@geisinger.edu; 570-214-9934) by September 1 for space availability (first-come, first-served). Wall space (thumbtacks provided), free-standing “trees” to hang poster with clips provided, and some table space will be available. No more than DIMENSIONS will be granted to a single organization. Authors or organizations are asked to have posters or exhibits set up by 8:20 am in the Terrace Room in the Langone Center. Please take down exhibits by 5 pm. Authors are requested to be present at posters 1:10-2:00 pm and 1:30-2:00. Authors may also wish to be present at posters during breaks between oral sessions.
