IS Policies and Procedures

To ensure the centralization of all company documents necessary to produce projects such as Operating Plans, Company Summary and Archives, the Reports and IS division is establishing policies and procedures to which all of the employees must adhere. These policies and procedures are explained in detail below.
   - All of the company documents must be posted on the company public space available on the Netscape server, in order for everyone in the company to be able to access them.
   - E-mail will be the primary means of company-wide communication. Through the MyBucknell Groups section, company members have access to everyonefs email addresses and can send company-wide emails.
   - The company drop-box will be used to submit documents necessary for company projects. The file name has to be formatted as follows: Division ? Document Title ? Employee Name.
   - Documents will be submitted using the available company templates (General Template available in portrait and landscape format, Job Description Template and Meeting Minutes Template). The font to be used is the following: Arial 11 (Bold, Underlined) ? for headings; Arial 10 (No Bold, No Italics, No Underlined) ? for Body Text. Bullets can be used as necessary.
