Dontcha Wish Your PJs Were Hot Like D’s exceeded their goal of selling 550 PJ pants. We went beyond just selling out of the pants, as we sold 618 pairs. We were able to sell more than 350 because the supplier sent us an extra 94 pairs of pants. During pre-sales 375 pairs were sold. It was a long process because our PJ pants had such a long turnover period. We had to pre-sell our pants the weeks of 10/30-11/3, 11/9, 11/10, and 11/13. Our pants finally arrived on Thursday, November 16. We sold a total of 243 pairs of pants during the actual sales. Our company’s willingness and desire to sell a unique product was difficult but rewarding.  The supplier of our pants was Image Boxers. We sold our product in the LC Mall on the 16th, 17th and 18th  and at the football game on the 18th. It was the actual selling days that we sold the remaining 175 pants and the 68 extras that the supplier had sent to us to sell if we so chose.  We also distributed the pants that we sold during presales on actual sales dates.  In the end, our net profit was $3,893.40!
