HRM Department Statement
The purpose of the HRM department of AAAHH!!! Real Posters is to create an ideal community in which company members are able to execute their jobs efficiently and effectively. The positions of Performance Evaluation Director, Quality of Work Life Director, Incentives and Rewards Director and Scheduling, Staffing, Transportation and Time Budgeting Director will ideally achieve this goal whilst working with the VP of HRM.
The Performance Evaluation Director will conduct at least three surveys that analyze individual company members’ performance. This director will interpret the results and consult with the VP of HRM. In addition, the PE director will create and administer the attendance policy.
The Quality of Work Life Director will dispense and oversee at least two surveys throughout the semester that judge the atmosphere and overall demeanor of the company and its members. This director will analyze and interpret these surveys with the VP of HRM. Furthermore, the QWL director is responsible for creating and controlling a suggestion box.
The Incentives and Rewards Director is responsible for designing rewards for company members, whether informal or formal. This director must work with the PE and QWL directors in order to determine what compensation policies should be executed. Also, this director is in charge of deciphering the “Dept/Div of the Week” as well as a possible worker of the week. He must also be in charge of individual HRM meeting minutes.
The Scheduling, Staffing, Transportation, and Time Budgeting Director is in charge of creating projected time budgets and scheduling company members for both primary and secondary jobs. This director must also monitor the hours of work by company members. In addition, she must work with all of the VPs and company members in order to establish hours and schedules that are efficient and effective for all company members.
The VP of HRM’s job is primarily to help establish a healthy sense of community in the company and to focus on the efficiency amongst company members. In addition, the VP of HRM is responsible for overseeing the HRM department and being in contact with other executive members. As a result, the community of AAAHH!!! Real Posters will be strong and the company will have achieved its goals both efficiently and effectively
